I wanted to see how to take the vent piece off of the dash up by the windshield. I dropped some change back there and it is rattling now.

 

So....you want to remove the whole dash or just the vent?

 

Just that vent piece at the top. It looks like it's clipped on but I don't want to snap off anything in the process of removing it.

 

I've got a simmiliar issue and need to remove the front center vents on my 2007 Navi.

Does anyone have instructions on how the vents come out?

While I was trying to get it out I accidently pushed the clock back into the dash so I need to get the vents out so I can clip the clock back in place as well.

 

Try looking at the E Coastal Tech website for instructions on dismantling the dashboard. They have several video clips describing the procedure because you need to remove the dash to install their device.
