Lightbulb homemade lift kit

okay, my buddy told me of a place to get blueprints for a homemade lift kit for the '80 and up twin I beam 4x4's. 2 yrs ago i wouldn't have thought about it, but given my welding skill, suspension and alignment knowledge, and the tools and equipment to do the job right, I now like the idea, but i can't find what he's talking about, ANYONE know of a website i could find something like this? any advice appreciated.
