Georgia Deer Hunting

Anybody heading out to the deer stand this year besides me here in GA?

I'll be out there too. Been feeding them all year. I'm about ready for them to feed me now.

Yea Buddy....8 Sept...110 degrees or not, I'll be there...I have a lease in Randolph County...Also, I hunt a MCLB Albany....

I may slip out my back door and get one or two. I have been seeing them a good bit lately. As far as feeding them I just planted over triple the amount of turnips I need so hopefully they will leave a few greens for me. I gotta thin these deer or build a 12 foot fence around my gardens. I think thinning them will be a little easier plus meat in the freezer is always good.

I have a good place on the Alapaha River.. I was out there today. Too hot the fish would'nt bite. Maybe the deer hunting will be good this year...
