<HR style="COLOR: #000000" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->Whelp it looks as if some lawyer/judge has determined that riding on the beaches of NC. is illegal through the interpretation of the current law/statute.
For many years my father and I had enjoyed this even since the closing of Penny Hill, now it appears that our children and ourselves are going to lose the rest of it. It always starts with a battle then a compromise or nothing at all...Please read into it here http://www.obpa.org/ and if it warrants, please support and comment to the OBPA in keeping them open...
