Gonna sell my Ford

I think my old truck is sold. I got a good offer & I want something newer to drive. I know you guys will keep me as leader when I get my new Tundra right? I checked the rules & you don't have to own a Ford truck to be a FTE Member. I'll post pics of my new truck if the deal goes through.

Ha Ha I bet I got you. I may be trading my F150 but I'm trading for a 05 F250XLT with a 6.0. Its a good friend of mines truck. Its clean as new & has been taken care of right.

Hey Howard good to see you this past weekend.
Yeah, somehow I just could not see you in a Toy truck.
Hope you get the F250.

How do you like your F250 Ike? I really like the looks of the one I'm dealing on. Its a blue excab with every option the XLTs came with. I got the loan approved & if he doesn't back out on me I'll have it one day this week.
It was good to meet you. You have a beautiful place in Miss. I sure would like to go horse riding with ya'll some weekend if you have a extra horse I could ride.

I'm looking for a F250/350 diesel crew cab as well. If anybody knows of one that's been taken care of I will give them a shot. I drove a 2003 with a 7.3 yesterday that I found in Autotrader.com . It drove good and had PLENTY of power. Its in Southaven. It is a plain "Work Truck" - his words. And he wants $17000!!!!

I've had the 05 F250 for about 4K miles now and really like it. Coming up on my first oil change and since this is my first diesel that will be a big change. $$
I had an 02 F250 with the 5.4 gas pulling that big old steel horse trailer you saw, so you know why I like the diesel mo' better
Funny how my dealer tried to hide the fact that the truck had major engine problems and had a new motor put in.....my salesperson did not have a clue.....seems to me that would be a selling point. I have a truck with 60k on it but with a new motor with 5 k on the motor....Ran an OASIS here on this site to confirm. Anyhow, I like it alot. Good luck with yours.

There is no way I'd trade my F250 for a old Chevy. I got a great deal on this truck & I plan to get 10 yrs service out of it.

Somehow I knew that would be your answer!! I found a 2000 250 Ext. Cab (not my 1st choice) at work today. It is white, has front bench with fold down center, and already has brake control. Beside being Ext. Cab the only other drawback is that it has 206000 miles!! But he only wants $11,500. (Did I say just and then $11,500!!!)

I picked upthe F250 this afternoon. I really like it. Its the crew cab & has plenty of room inside. I was wrong about the mileage. It has 50k instead of 40k. I think its still a good deal for $20,000. Its got the 3 stage hypertech tuner. I put my foot in it with the tuner on the number 2 level & it hauls butt. Its strong. Its got a good stereo & a ceiling mounted tv with a dvd player in the console. Glenn I told the guy I got it from to look for you a clean F250 PSD. He has a dealer license & will watch the auctions for one for you.I got back too late today to get any pictures but I'll post some soon. I'm as happy as a kid on Christmas morning

Congratulations on the new F250. I was on the way home last night after having a little work done on the truck. It was running great. Some kids in a brand new jacked up Chevy duramax with big tires pulled up and asked if I wanted to race. I have not done this in years....but they picked the wrong place, wrong time. I smoked their butt..........this stock 6.0 is something else when running right.

I agree. My 6.0 is faster than the 7.3 I had. When I put the tuner on the second setting it screams. I haven't tried the top setting yet.The second setting will break the tires loose. I need a EGT gauge before I try running it on the top setting.
