Help! Driving south near Scranton

Hey guys,

We are moving south to VA next month, warmer weather finally!

I will be coming south on I-84 WEST TO I-81. Where I will change to I-81 is my small problem, because my wife is following me with the car.

So I will be going south looking to exit right before SCRANTON, or do I just look for Dunmore to exit on I-81?
Is the easiest way with my wife following to stay in the right lane on I-84 until the I-81 exit? What's the exit number, is it 1?

Is most of I-81 MOUNTAIN driving, after Scranton? Is this part of PA 5 lanes?

Thanks for any help!

Mike

I-84 west will dead end into I-380. You will follow I380 for about 3 miles or so and you will be able to take I81 south. it will be a left exit from 380 to 81 south.
Try the Rand Mcnally maps website. They have trun by turn directions with maps.

Also buy a set of good FRS 2 way radios to communicate with each other. http://www.walmart.com/search/search...ry=frs&ic=24_0
