Where is the #1 cylinder on a 2003 Ford F150 4.6L engine located? Is the diagram below correct?

Back of truck - - Driver side 2-4-6-8 - Front of truck
Back of truck - - Pass. Side 1-3-5-7 - Front of truck

So the #1 cylinder would be Back right side corner of the engine compartment?

It's the front passenger side.

I recieved a CYL #1 misfire code and was changing the spark plugs and checking for condensation in the spark plug wells.

I was going to change spark plug #1 first and then try it to see if it corrected the misfire but I wasn't sure where #1 was.
