Thumbs up Surf Fishing is Heaven on Earth

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!! I go as often as budget and time allows! Mostly in Jersey, also Deleware and any where else where their biting! I'm taking a "investgative trip" in the morning to the Tom's River area to check out a few camp grounds, fishing areas and to pick up a rebuilt 300 6 cyl for the F-250 project! I usually fish South Jersey, Wildwood south to Reeds Beach on the Bay side.
Always looking for an excuse to go! PM or E-mail me!

Pete

Yes, too cold for the Stripers yet, but the Mackeral and Black Bass should soon be running! I like to keep some mackeral for "emergency bait" and Black Bass are almost as good as Striper to eat, some even prefer them! I like to go to Lewis, DE in the early season, a few of the "party boat" Captains are quite willing to go where the fish are. I went out for a 8-hour trip one day in early April a few years back, it was snowing when we left dock, we got back 11 hours later! We ended up going about an hour and a half South, but ran into a very large school of Black Sea Bass, everyone on board caught their limit, I "landed" a pair of nice Citation Sized Bass! Great eats for the whole family and a bunch for the freezer!
brrdog, I'll try the PM method. Otherwise I'll give you a call over the weekend.

Pete
