Rear parking Sensor

Does anyone know if it's possible to turn up the volume on the parking sensor? Any information that can be provided would be greatly apreciated.

I not sure how easy that would be, but I very easyly added two red l.e.d.'s to mine in the Excursion that I own. One all the way in the back right above the "parking aid" speaker, which you can see while your turned around backing up and another one on the dash where the "Parking Aid" cancel switch is located. There's no need for any resistors, just connect to the same wires leading to the piezo speaker. They work great, There is no need to trun the stereo down because you have a visual aid that blinks at the same rate as the speaker beeps.
