Don't have any dyno data yet, since it hasn't been tuned, but it runs well and has a bunch more torque than it did last week!

Will post some dyno data as soon as I get it tuned and go to the dyno.

Unless I was really pinched for cash, then I'd have to agree with MRG, it's probably better to just go ahead and replace the gaskets. Ford has upgraded the SOHC intake gaskets over the years - the quality of the current version is 10x better than factory.

Intake wont come loose

I have an explorer 4.0 SOH
I have everything loose but and it is floating around but seems to be hanging on something and won't come out.
Anything underneath the manifold I'm not seeing that I need to remove?
