Hi every one
Has any one tried a one peice door glass convo for a 80 to 96 F series cab? We have been doing the rounds of the wrecking yards with a template trying to find some suitable glass. Any one got any suggestion? It doesn't have to be a precise fit as we have a little room to play with inside the door frame. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Some of the later model Japanese utes without vents might fit?
If not, the chevies (of which there are a few around) have one piece glass if I recall correctly.

Have you tried posting this in the 80-86 forum? (or even the 87-96 for that matter)

 

Thanks Fred, I have posted on 80 -86 forum (I will post on the 96) I also posted on the engine swap forum just to be sure.
The main problem is the newer vehicles have the windscreen laid back a lot more. We will try the chevs though. If you have any further thoughts let me know.

Hi there I,m in Melb nth suburbs and the owner of a 53/54/55/56/73 f100,s of which 1 is a M100 and are all in all forms of rebuild at the moment, well until yesterday I poped a disc so that holts the rebuilds for a couples hrs or at least till I get rid of this walking stick. I owned my 1st effie back in 71/72 when I instergated the f100-ford freighter club,one eyed f100, can't help good luck aye. Rob for that glass your after is it possible to have it cut to a template at an auto glass co....alien
