FINALLY closed on my house!
I haven't been posting a lot lately, lots of stuff going on, mostly driving back and forth between Saratoga and Oswego. I have been putting 500 miles on my truck every week, which is a lot when I drive 8 miles each way to work every day. Anyway, I finally closed on my house (Pulaski) which surprisingly does NOT have very much snow on it (I feel bad for the guy with the collapsed garage in one of the other posts). So it looks like I will be doing the trek to Saratoga only a couple of more times. If anybody is along the way, let me know - I'd be happy to treat to a couple of "politically correct beverages" if some folks want to get together. I'll be heading east Friday night, and west Sunday morning ,but I gotta be back in time for the race! (Yes, I am a displaced NASCAR fan...)

I have no idea of where you're talking about except 'Toga. I lived in Glens Falls and Queensbury for a few years. Would you be passing St Johnsville on the way? or is your course a N/S one?

Freakazoid!, you need a laptop with a wireless card and be warring back and forth on your commute with us!!! I know, I know it is not legal to be jumping on people's wireless networks. Congratulations on the house.
gomersinner - sorry to hear about the garage. I have been sort of MIA on here the last couple of weeks due to work and home projects so I wasn't aware that it happened. Hope all is all right.

Made it back for the race - just in time too (I turned on the TV 3 seconds before Boogity, Boogity, Boogity). It looks like I have a couple of more trips out to Saratoga, so maybe we can patch something together. Nothing beats a little planning! I think I will be headed out to Saratoga Friday night again, so let's see what we can put together. FYI, I leave work around 2:30, and I am on the road by 3:30 and usually roll into Saratoga around 7:00, so I have plenty of time for a pit stop.
