hey anyone know how 2 get this thing out of the lower a arm? what tools required and anyone close to help

 

Most likely, just guessing, it is pressed in. Where you located?

 

according to the service manual, remove the spindle and ball joint assembly from the axle.
mount the spindle assembly in a vise and remove the snap ring from the lower ball joint remove the lower ball joint from the spindle using tool T74P-4635-C C-frame, and receiver cup D81T-3010-A4

from the pictures in the manual, it almost looks something like a big C clamp with a cup on the solid side for the ball joint to be pressed out into.
i have never done a 4X2, so this is about all the help i can give you.

 

That's how it's done. Done it myself, and it required a lot of beating with a wooden mallot.

Eat your wheaties beforehand. It's an unpleasant job.
