I don't know if any of you have followed the hotrod power tour ever. I just found out the schedule and it ends in Little Rock, AR June 8th.

If you want to enter the car show there it is around $20 for the day. It is free to go see them (or so I was told).

going to car shows and seeing nice, shiny rides makes me want to spend money on mine..

 

Looks like an excuse for a road trip and taking a 3 day weekend.

 

Maybe for some of you. LOL I am not on dialysis that day. I have to be back here for dialysis the next morning.

Its a trip down, show, trip home for me. I will eat breakfast and dinner at home. I will eat lunch down there somewhere. Long day, but worth it.

 

Sounds like a good time for a GTG.

Hey folks, are we going to get together at the Power Tour? It is only a week away, so make plans now! Donna and I will be there.

 

I plan on being there unless some major health issue pops up. Right now...I am fine. LOL

Now that's a blast from the past. Didn't know they were still touring.

 

Brian, Donna has an eye doctor app. at University Mall at 9:00, so we may be 10:30-11:00 getting to the fairgrounds.

Is anybody else going to make it?

 

Ok. Just send me a text when you get there. I know of a few people from other sites that will be there, but not from here.

Who knows when the tour will arrive. I was told 10ish originally.

 

This was the most awesome show that I have ever seen, every time you turned a corner at the Fairgrounds you found another lot full of vehicles. I don't know what the actual turnout was,(I would estimate in the thousands) but there was more to look at than a person could do in days. Missed meeting up with Brian_B due to a mix-up with my cell phone provider, but we'll meet sometime.

To all who missed the show, you missed the best selection and variety of vehicles that this country has to offer in one spot. And the best part, these were drivers, not trailer queens!
