Um, if everything is set up right, that link should take you to the request thingy. . .
As for Jenro's, I don't go there regularly, but there are few here who do. . .and I've made it out when we had a few other Ford truck guys out there as well. It's only like 5 minutes up the road from my house, but I don't make it out there often
