Ok so I am not sure how to put the scanded dyno sheet on here but the results on my 02 H.D are before the 6lbs pullie 345.61 max power 447.78 max torque after 381.65 Max power and 481.81 max torque the only other changes I know of is a cold air intake

What brand dyno was he using? Sounds like they put in some sort of correction factor because those numbers are too high for wheel horsepower (the HD is rated at 340 HP at the crank, not the wheel).

 

The slip says Dynojet research on top so I am guessing that is the type that they used. Not really sure if the truck had any thing else dune to it I bought it used and not from the owner.

Yeah, he's put in some sort of fudge factor to take into account its at the wheels. A HD F-150 (or Lightning) is not going to get 381 at the wheels with a tuner and a minor pulley change, or even with long tube headers added to the mix. It would take a lot more. He's done something to give you a chart that reads like crank HP rather than wheel HP.

 

COuld very well be but I am back in afghanistan so it is hard to talk to him and find out lol I do know that about 10 mph and punch it I am breaking the tires free

 

I called the people that tuned the truck he said the the machine is calibrated and the is no way that the could fudge the results. He did a coustom tune off his laptop which is where more of the HP's come from. He also said the his dyno will not read anything but rear wheel results.

 

The ones I've seen with those mods are putting down 360-370hp to the wheels on a Dynojet type dynometer. The ones in the 380-400 range have headers and/or catback with those same mods....are you sure that the only aftermarket parts installed on it is a pulley and cold air intake?

 

No, I bought it used and I am not sure. I have never had the chance or really know what the Diff. in some of the things are. I am mostly an older car kinda guy but I am loving the HD. I would not really beable to say if any thing has been done. but as far as I know that is it.
