I have a 77 f100 short bed with a really good running stock 302. I can't find out how much power it has cause I just bought it and the trans was bad. Does any body have any numbers on HP and TQ?
Well it says here in my book (Ford F-100/F-150 1953-1996) that the 302 had 136 net hp @3600 rpm and 245 net (lb/ft) at 2000 rpm dont know which the net part means but i guess thats ball park around there
Well a lot of it depends on what the 302 is out of and what year it is. If memory serves me 302 was not an option in a truck in 77. I could be wrong. If I am I am sure some one will chime in and let me know.

That info is incorrect.
There were several 302's available.
The 1968 302 2v was rated at about 200 HP
The 1968 302 4v was slightly higher at about 212 HP
The 1967 289 put out 215 HP
The 1968 289 was rated at 195 HP
These were all rated at the crank.
The info on the 302 is available in the V90* Engine forum where 302 engine questions go
