I have a Ford F250 Power Diesel and it is equipped with 4 auxillary switches. I am looking to hook up auxillary lights underneath the doors. I cannot find where to attach the wiring for these. Can anyone help?

They are called upfitter switches. The wires for them are located behind the fuse box by your left knee as your sitting in the drivers seat. There's four of them. Aux 1 and Aux 2 are 30 Amp circuits and Aux 3 and Aux 4 are 10 Amp circuits.
