What's in your IPod/MP3 player?

Im looking to pack my PSP's(Playstation Portable) MP3 player and my regular MP3 player with songs and I was just wondering what songs you had on your IPods, MP3's and the like. I may take some of your suggestions

Also, where do you most often listen to it? I usually use mine on the road, or at the gym when workng out.

Ive got a wide selection on my nano. Mostly AC/DC and Greenday. Rock, few rap (the only rap I listen to is the kind I can understand), and some oldies.

I listen to it while I work out for next football season.

Some say I don't have that good of taste, but I dont care.

I don't have an ipod, just a flash drive loaded with music for the times I feel the need.

What kind of music do you want?

I've got lots of Nickelback, Rob Zombie, Foo Fighters, Avenged Sevenfold, Progidy, Ramstein, Cross Canadian Ragweed, along with a ton of other random rock and country songs.

Im just looking for ideas. Ive got about 80 songs now, and I realy dont put songs on there that I already have on CD.

When Im at work, I can think of songs I'd like to download, but as soon as I sit in front of the computer I go brain dead and forget.

That depends quite a lot on what you like to listen to...

Mine's got a little over 7 gb, and I'd guess probably a solid 6.5 of that is country.

Just out of curiousity, why don't you put songs you have on CD on there, though? I find that even if I have the CD in the truck, it's easier to play it off the iPod than to root around for the CD case, then find the disc, and put the one that's in the player back into the case.

Eh, I guess it's because I feel Ive already got it, so why get it again?

I like all music EXCEPT pop-country and Top 40(a.k.a CHR) Ive worked at a few different radio stations and Ive learned to hate that stuff. CHR stands for Current Hits Radio, or Top 40. I.e. of CHR artists: Jessica Simpson;Gwen Stefani;Nelly;Chimillionare (or however that idiot spells his name.)

I suppose I'm one of the generations right before the "next gen" but I imported ALL my cds onto my desktop computer and then to my Ipod. I kept scratching all the orginal cds and it just made more sense to buy a cheap 4th gen Ipod and listen to them that way. It never leaves my truck except to put more songs on it.

I have everything from AC/DC (because you need them for angry driving) to Blueman Group. I even have acapella (because I still don't know where Carmen Sandiego is) and jazz/swing (because Sinatra will always be cool).

99.9% of it is singable. I'm not interested in music I can't sing along with. I currently have 13.6 gigs but truthfully only listen to about 2 gigs worth on a regular basis. The other stuff is for road trips and randomness.

I ordered my 30g Ipod video last week and am just waiting till it comes in to put my music on it. A majority of mine is going to be country with a little classic rock, and some nickelback also.

go onto the itunes store (you need itunes) and click on a button that says "redeem" to redeem your gift card, you may have to make an account, then your gift card amount will be credited to your account. Then just pick your music
