I'm considering replacing the cloth front seats of a '01 escape. It currently does not have power front seats. I'd like to install a pair of leather seats - I found a nice pair with a power drivers seat. What I was wondering is if the same wiring harness is used on all escapes and if adding a power drivers side front seat is a simple plug in or do I need another wiring harness for the power seat. Or, can i simply run a power lead to the seat and wire directly.
