FORD V8 GUY needs help with an INLINE 6

I have a 1960 Ranchero with an inline 6 cylinder 3 sp. What I need help with is IDing the engine. I was told it was a 144 CI. I was also told the manifolds would help ID it. The intake on this engine is part of the head. Only the exhaust unbolts off the head. It has a 1bbl Holley carb.
WILL SOMEONE GIVE ME HELP WITH THIS. THANKS

Look on the passenger side of the block. A 144/170 will have 3 freeze plugs a 200 will have 5. The 144/170 went away in 64 or 65. Without running casting # or measuring the stoke its like trying to tell the difference between a 352 & 390.
