I think all of you are aware of the high prices being payed for scrap steel right now. This makes anything you have with scrap value vulnerable. If you have any project vehicles try to store them where they are difficult to get to. I had my f350 stored on my brother in laws property. It along with alot of old vehicles he had are gone including his 2.5 ton ford dumptruck. The police say they have caught the criminals and say they know where the stuff is. I just hope its still in one piece. Just an announcement to beware. I don't want any of you to be victims of the same thing and it could happen to any of us.

 

That just plain sux, hope ya'll recover your stuff... copper from a/c coils/units have been target around here.

 

Stuff happens just passing the info on so everyone else will be on the lookout. Hopefully it does not happen to anyone else.

 

Just an update. Those vehicles have been cut up in pieces. They chopped them up to haul off for scrap metal. Please beware. It is a sad world where people setup chopshops just for scrap value.
