Neighbors and the local PD have lost patience with the project in the driveway, so I'm under the gun to improve the visual impact.

I have a '56 frame and front end which must go. And I've made a decision to go carburetor on my 351W, so the stock '89 EFI stuff is going away. And there's a stock '56 gas tank.
A little later, I'll be offering the stock Dana 44 rear end---this one has 3.73 gears instead of the more common 3.9_ (factory automatic). For the near term, it's going to be under the new frame while I fetch parts to finish a 9" RE.

Conditions: free for the taking --- bring your own trailer (frame). Front end will fit in a short bed, as will the tank.

No takers, so I butchered it and took the pieces to the scrapper. (sniffles, brushes away a tear)
But the old '56 will cruise again...on with a new frame.

 

Sorry to hear that. . .if it was a efi 460 I would have jumped all over it
