Late 50's (???) F-100 @ Pull-n-Save
Went to pull-n-save today, saw a late 50's/early 60's F-100 right up front. I'm leaning toward late 50's, just don't remember. Jeremy and I were after Jeep parts, not much time to look around.
Most of the Y-block was still there, tranny, axles. Body has repaint, no telling how much, or how little bondo is underneath. Get it while it's there...
Also some 67-72's, 73-79's. Some different interior trim, a few with 4 wheel drive running gear, FEs with headers for cheap. Not too often I see this many there at one time.
Have fun! Mike

That truck may be picked over or gone by now. P-N-S is a huge yard, does a huge volume. If you see something you really want, grab it then and there! Maybe 5 years ago a buddy was telling me about another self serve yard off Colfax and Zeno. I think it may have been Action Auto Recycling, but we're talking half a decade now. LOL
Southwest has: http://www.coloradoautoandparts.com/
I haven't been there yet, but the place is highly recommended by other locals.
Western is a little different than when I started going there. they have actually made the yard smaller since back when. At least they don't charge admission yet. Not to complain about P-N-S, it's still worth the $1 just to walk around. The wheelbarrows and hoists are just an added bonus at that rate. I'll still drive to Aurora when I need used parts.
Happy hunting, Mike
