Ok my 133 gallon spare tank is empty so I figured I better not fill it up with #2 since winter is around the corner. Will be heading over to Anchorage in 3-4 weeks and was wondering if anyone is selling #1 diesel yet?

Check the truckstops. When I drove to Anchorage last month, the gas station at the Talketna turn off had #1 and #2 fuel.

 

I agree Talketna also had #1 for Sale $2.95 US, same as #2.
