Vacuum diagram for a 95 F250 w/ 5.8 l engine

I picked up a 95 F250 with a 5.8 engine. The vacuum lines were disconnected and plugged when I got the truck.

The EGR solonoid (EVR valve) is hooked up correctly with the green line going to the EGR valve and the white line coming from the vacuum plenum.

There are two other valves behind the EVR valve. One side of each valve comes from the vacuum plenum, however, the other 2 lines comming from these valves are discunnected. (yellow & pink)
1) Does anyone know where these connect??
2) Where can I get a detailed vacuum connection diagram?

3) Also, there is no vacuum line connected to the MTA system (Managed Thermactor Air system) Where should this line come from?

Thank you,
Ralph
