October, 2005 marks the beginning of a different kind of company, JUSNES MODIFIED. With a little money and a few strings to pull, Bob Jusnes teamed up with his brother, Kristoffer, to create a revolutionary new site that caters ONLY to Ford trucks.

Before Jusnes Modified came to be, Bob had always wanted to own his own vehicle modification business. His knowledge of automobiles (primarily Fords) was utilized on internet Ranger forums. Bob wrote “How-To” columns to help other Ford fanatics make modifications to their trucks, and became moderators on Ranger sites, being a well known and trusted presence.

Kris got on the vehicle modification bandwagon as well, but his focus was mainly on his own vehicles and those of his close friends and family members. His knowledge of Ford Rangers continued to grow with his frequenting Ranger forums, and Kris has since become the “Ranger Guy” of Jusnes Modified!

Jusnes Modified is not a take your money and run kind of company. We strive to build a relationship with each and every customer we gain, which is why we really like internet forums. It allows us to talk directly to consumers, to offer advice and accept feedback, as well as expand our product knowledge, and maybe share a few past experiences. The Jusnes brothers are like anyone else, gaining product knowledge by extensive research through trial and error, and most importantly, internet forums. They are true “Ford Truck Enthusiasts” and always strive to learn new things.

Jusnes Modified is a small company that is strongly rooted in customer service and delivering some of the most competitive prices on the internet. The customer serivce hours are during the evening and weekend hours, primarily via email and Instant Messenger programs.

After only 10 months in business, Jusnes Modified has grown to a level Bob & Kris hadn’t quite expected! Wanting to continue providing the best customer service possible, Bob & Kris had to expand a little, and brought on Bob’s wife, Jannette, to help handle customer service issues.
