Roush performance gains?

I've been all over Roush's site, it's a good site, but lacks some info on the Roush F-150's.
Does anyone know where I can get more info on the Roush stage three and 500RC?
What gains should be expected? 0-60, 1/4mile improvements?
I have alot more questions, but I'll start with these.

Thanks

The 500RC is basically the lower line STAGE 3 this vehicle only has a powertrain upgrade which would include a S/C, exhaust, wheels and tires, and a billet grille. Upgraded seats may be an option. The 500RC truck also does Not come with suspension. The STAGE 3 itself would be like the loaded boat version of the 500RC. They both have 445HP and 500 lb ft of torque. I really do not have 0-60 and quarter mile times.
