FWIW, firing order on these engines in pretty much no longer relevent since you don't have a distributor to connect plug wires to.
Now, it's just a matter of making certain the connectors are just plugged in for COP systems. The older 4.6s, of course, do need to have the plug wires connected to the correct coil terminals.
