So what sort of projects does everyone have this summer? I'm gonna go get me a new steering gear for blue and put that in. Maybe I'll do the rear brakes as well. Aside from that mom has about 1600 sq ft that she wants sodded on the 27th. Hopefully I'll be at work that day

So since no one's replied does that mean that we're all super busy, or that we're all dead? Just thought I'd update and say that I got the new steering gear in. She's still a bit squirrelly though, needs an alignment. Hopefully the Fremont swap meet is better than the one in Grand Island today.

No car/truck related projects planned, unless I find an old F150 sometime this summer. Got lots of house-related honey-do's however... those never end.

Sorry Jake, been working on the house plumbing all weekend! As usual, I have about a thousand things needing to be done, concrete, some interior redos on the house, I'm still trying to get my bar built in the basement, gotta get the boat ready for summer, and on and on....

Haha, so everyone really IS busy. I'm supposed to start work today for a carpenter, but he hasn't called yet so I may be free for a few more days. I'm so bored I might have to go out to the shop and do the things that dad told me to do last winter that never got done. Once I start working though, I will be busy. Right now we're just waiting on the corn to grow so I can go work all day, then come home and work some more.

Im trying to pinch pennies so I can afford a car hoist. I got a Lincoln that needs a tranny and it would sure be nice to do it on a hoist.

I just picked up a 74 Crew Cab that I'm going through. Not doing a complete restoration, but making it nice inside and out. Also, a diesel engine is planned for this. We'll see how far I get this summer, but it definitely won't be done.

My 95 F150 is getting a 6in lift and 35in tires soon, as well as new bumpers, all rusty panels/dents fixed and fully repainted. Other than that Im working a ton, racing(motocross) and wakeboarding a lot at the lake.
