Edelbrock Endurashine Aluminum and Ethanol

Does anyone know if the Endurashine coating from Edelbrock acts like annodizing for Ethanol? I saw somewhere that Edelbrock Performer series carbs worked with FFVs, but they are all aluminum, which will not work with E-85. I know that annodized aluminum will work, so I'm wondering if the Endurashine is like annodizing.

I emailed Edelbrock about it, but they do not have access to E-85 in SoCal, so they have never tested it. They don't know if it will work or not.

I'd steer clear of it for now. You'll get less MPG if you do get it to work. so the savings aren't all that's advertised.
