Here is the listing for E85 from NEVC!

Check out this website from the National Ethanol Vehicle Coalition: http://www.e85refueling.com/

Here are their listings for all of New Mexico:

Thanx for the info. I'm working on the scarce E-85 fueling sites issue and have run into one road block after the other. (mostly from within NM State Gov't. and surprisingly from some 'staunch, self professed keepers of our environment').

I would appreciate knowing if you become aware of any movement within New Mexico that may be working to improve the sad state of our E-85 infrastructure ? That we have had an Ethanol Plant operating here for years is 'almost' a well kept secret within State Gov't.

I'll forward a PM of a msg. I just sent to our Alt. Fuels and Renewable Fuels Task Force members after considering that this 60 day Legislative session, just ended, produced NOTHING related to Ethanol. They stiffed it completely.

I forgot to mention that, last Aug. I added 34ea. 2006 Ford & Dodge 1/2 ton FFVs and 16ea. Dodge Grand Caravan FFVs to the 135 vehicle Fleet that I manage and very few of the are located within easy access to the three E-85 fueling sites in Santa Fe & Albuquerque. There-in lies my frustration at work.

The three E-85 fueling sites we do have in NM work well for my FFV converted '98 F-150 XLT; 4X2; 4.2L V-6. I'm working on my 2nd. FFV Conversion 'experiment' and both have really sparked that little V-6 up big time.

My first run was with a Full Flex Gold FFV kit for 4,000 miles with NO problems. I gained 12 HP & 5.5+ ft-lbs Torque (on recorded Dyno runs) and, surprisingly, my gas mileage loss average within 1-3 mpg of what I was getting on 86 octane Unleaded gas. If I hold the speed to 60-65mph I nearly break even.

I just installed a selectable 3-position DiabloSport chip from Andy Wicks at [ www.runE85.com ] & [ www.dynotuneusa.com ]. One position is Andy's custom programmed tune for E-85; the 2nd. is his custom 'Super Tune' for 'hot running' on 92 octane Unleaded gas and the 3rd. is 'OFF' for running on the OEM PCM (ECU) when burning 86 octane Unleaded-(like the chip hadn't been installed in the first place).

I've only run a few hundred miles with the DiabloSport chip in place so I don't have enough use to get good average mpg figures but, the E-85 Dyno runs and the preliminary E-85 mpg figures are very close to those I got using the Full Flex Gold kit.

I just filled the tank with 91 octane and haven't had a chance to make the Dyno run or Eemissions tests yet. I'll post my results as soon as I do.
