bio station in alaska

i missed the evening news but heard from a fellow co-worker that a company has stock piles of resurant oil. he said barrels and barrels. does anyone think that there might be a station in the future that will start to offer bio at the pump? in the deluted formula of course due to our fantastic cold weather we have.
or would that be an interesting investment to someone with a lot of start up money, i wonder if it would be a worthy investment, what would it cost to start up a fuel station ?

We had Bio stations down in Arkansas. It was only 20% bio, but it was also about .30 cents more/gal than traditional No.2 Diesel.
