Unhappy Tim Horton's cheating Ontarians

Well it's roll up the rim to win time again. Here's something interesting I just read: http://www.cbc.ca/story/canada/natio...ns-060315.html

Who's up for a road trip this weekend to a distant Timmies?

They cheat Albertans too.

In 1991 I won a Big Screen TV on my cup.
I photocopied it,filled out the skill testing question and (yes, it was answered correctly) and had it verified by the store manager where I bought the coffee, sent the necessary information by registered letter to the address on the form.....and never ever heard from them....... so I never got my Television.
I tried for years trying to get my TV without success.
I even went to TH office to get this rectified.

"Too Bad" they said: It's a seperate/special company that runs the contest, (which I knew) so any dealing will have to be with them.

I was screwed over by an Ontarion company.

I still have the photocopy of ther Cup though ;(

One of the first hints about their scam is in the radio commercial. "No purchase necessary." Go ahead and ask for a free cup & see what they say.

quarters

think the not honoring winnings is bad enough how about the memorial quarters that you where supposed to be able to get without a purchase. Anyone who tried didn't leave with them and no coffie that's for shure.
Tim Horney's as corrupt as the liberals or for that matter the entire government.

Ouch!, a shot from the west!
Toronto, being the exact centre of the known universe, is an easy target.

The Borg.....

Created a plan to assimilate all the "bedroom" communities around Toronto by calling the whole area "The G.T.A." to make the final conquest a simple task.
So, by order of the Borg High Command, Ajax IS Toronto.
Right Frank????????????? Or are you called "One Of Four"?

I don't consider anything east of the Toronto Zoo ...Toronto........ no matter how big the GTA gets.

I "Make it so" ;

When in Ontario my time is spent in Uxbridge,Pickering,Ajax,Whitby,Oshawa,Port Perry,Stauffeville..........Usually combined With a run out to Lake Mazineau for 5-7 days

I was testing Frank. Being one of the collective, he should know that.

Oh boy, , you've gone from Truckers to Trekkies or Trekkers I think is the current term. Another thread gone horribly awry....to boldly go where ....

Things I've learned from Star Trek,....

"Resistance" is never futile !

"Live Long and Prosper" is an oxymoron

"Engage" can have more than one meaning

Chics can still be hot even if they have a few extra protrusions.

If furry little fuzz ***** don't like you ....your in tribble!

Who ever named "seven of nine" was off by one.

Scotty was GOD!

Vulcan are not logical just patient...7 years to go Amok??

NCC-1701 was just the hood lettering, the Blue Oval was on the back!

I am just as bad as the rest of you, but at I have better things to do with my time than watch reruns! I have to post on the tech forum now, Al and I are having trouble mounting the aft N-Cell to the Pinto, where's Scotty when you need him!

As a former torontonian, I must come to the defence of the people. Timmies started in Hamilton and steel town is very proud of the fact that the original timmies still stands, although I believe they have their corporate offices in the Jewel of South Ontario, home of the most millionaires, Oakville.
