No filtering required. SO that is a advantage. In some parts of the country it may be cheaper the #2 diesel. Used and New Veggie oil will perform the same.
There has been some concern from some that say new oil may have more gum in it then used oil that has been heat cycled a few times. The debate went on and on. I think the jury may still be out. But, I know in the UK folks use allot of new oil.
