PCM location on my 2001.

Hey guys want to verify where the PCm is on my 01 SC psd. I believe its near the emergency brake but want to make sure. I am hooking up a Bd X monitor and need to hook into the trans temp wire which is orange / black. This is my first time messing with the PCM so I just want to make sure where its located.

That's where the PCM is but all of the wiring is in the engine compartment. The mult-wire connector is connected to the PCM through the firewall and is secured by a 10mm bolt. You sould be able to see it just under the brake master cylinder.

Ok I see the PCM and wire harness which exits thru the firewall. In the instructions for the X Monitor it say use the number 37 postion, orange/black wire for the trans temp connection. Think I would be better off not messing with the PCM and just look thru the wires in the harness and tap into what I need and just leave the PCM alone??
