What to use to clean black plexiglass Canopy bubble windows?

My Dads canopy has those bubble windows on the sides of his canopy. I tried cleaning the ones on my canopy years ago and it made them worse. Can I get them clearer at all to be able to see thru them again or will they always be opaque from age?

McGuires offers a plastic cleaner and a plastic polish (two products required) that should work quite well for you.
