2.3 Head swap info

Does anybody know if you can swap the new DOHC onto a 94 2.3 SOHC engine?? or what is a good head to put onto it to make more power?

Port and polish what you have.

The new DOHC head isn't eve close to a match-up. The Volvo DOHC head talked about on turboford.org(?) isn't a straight shot, either.
