Bronco top off

I'm probably going to take the top off the Bronco next spring, so I was curious what kind of MPG changes I should expect? I'm a little torn.

The canopy cover on our Ram 1500 5.2l seemed to lost about 1mpg vs. having the open bed. Also, the top on the Bronco is about 120lbs, I've been told, and losing that weight seems like it would help, too.

However, there's that spare tire sticking out over the top of the Bronco tailgate - not aerodynamic at all. And with the short "bed", who knows what losing the top might do to aerodynamics...

In both my broncos I never noticed much change, but I would think it's better on the hyway cayse with no top you have not flat rearend to create a suction like it does when the top is on.
The weaght is also a factor and when I pull mine the bronco felt a bit lighter and took less pedal to get moving.
