Exact procedure, I don't know...but I've read about using the power brake hose for its large size (if you have power brakes...if not, use the largest manifold hose you have.)
I would think you'll have to get the RPMs up a bit especially since it'll want to stall at idle with that huge vacuum leak you've created by taking the hose off. Trickle the Seafoam stuff into the hose in small doses, allowing it time to burn the stuff out and recover smooth running between doses. Hook everything back up and drive off.
