What is the exhaust that goes through the side of the car?

What is the exhaust that goes through the side of the car?
I remember seeing this tip of exhaust tip in which a hole is cut in quarter panel and a large oval exhaust tip is fit through the hole... it has a whole kit and everything... I can't seem to find it... does anybody know who makes this kind of exhaust tip?
