More power in my 2.3

I have a 1994 Ranger 2.3 and i got a high flow intake and a modified mass airflow sensor for it, and it also has a high flow cat with a delta 40 flowmaster, but whenever i put the intake on, the truck bogs really bad whenever i floor it, does anyone know how to fix this problem?

How "modified" is the mass air sensor?

If it's not calibrated for the 2.3L, you're wasting your time.

Really, the factory MAF flows more than fine for a 2.3L, considering the D-port dual plug heads will never get enough flow to need more than a factory 2.3L MAF.

Now, get the Esslinger 2.3L aluminum heads with all the good porting/polishing and then things change.

Thanks, i dunno how modified it is, it looks like all the company did was just take the plate out of a stock one and cleaned it. I also have a Jet performance chip.
