well i'm not in the tn chapter, or in east tn, but i'm in the chapter. i'm n. ga about 30 mins. from chattanooga and approx. 2 hrs southwest of knoxville.
It'll not go back to where it once was, never does, but takes forever for everyones income to catch up, even longer for those on SSI, so the disabled and elderly have it the hardest. With many relocated hurricane victims, jobs are scarce too. Winter ain't no savior to those with gas heat, it's the opposite this year.
Gotta head to East TN Wednesday, be with my parents in Seymour for Thanksgiving.
Maytag is in Cleveland I think. Just up the road a few miles. They are screaming, begging, & crying for help right now. I think it has something to do with those hurricanes that wipped out the appliances down yonder.
