I think he meant FTE'ers. But, since we're on this one...
Jay Leno
Dennis Gage (curly mustache dude)
Most of the Spike TV Powerblock hosts (i.e Stacey David, Joe Elmore)
Don Garlits
Vic Edelbrock
a bunch more ( I work in the aftermarket performance industry)
I got my picture taken with Johnny and Billy from Lynyrd Skynyrd, they had a signing at Murfreesboro Walmart a few years back.
I had the chance to work with Mike Stowell, a UT football player that went pro in the late 80's, guy was huge.
I've met several musicians. Hank Jr,Delbert McClinton, Elvin Bishop, Jerry Jeff Walker & the band Poco to mention a few. I worked in a big bar in the 70s & met & partied with many bands.
We were getting ready to launch our boat at Center Hill lake when John Anderson came in with his guide, they were turkey hunting on an island out there. Dad stopped and had a conversation with him, but refused to ask for an autograph, doesn't beleive in bothering them with that when they are in their off time. He's worked in some stars that live in TN's homes when he worked for Bell South, talked with Archie Cambell when in his home. Sux that he doesn't get autographs, just doesn't hold them with high reguard.
When I got mom and dad to Mike Stowell's house, hom got him to let her hold his Super Bowl ring, it was very big, guy's a mountain at 335 lbs, all muscle, was like 6'4".
I did "see" Dave Ramsey, along with about 3000 others! I remember when we had the old Labor Day picnic at Bellevue, Ed McAteer would bring all of his cars for the car show. He had some dandy classics - the most being orginal I think. Of course I loved to see Adrian Rogers driving around in his Model T.
