Natural rubber fuel lines and Biodiesel

Ok, so I have my 1987 F-250 6.9 diesel, and have most of the part acquired for the appleseed processor. The big question is, the websites state that older trucks used natural rubber lines instead of the newer silicone lines, and I need to replace these. Do I just buy new lengths of fuel line and replace all the rubber pieces, or is there more to it, ie. seals, fittings, special hoses, whatever?

With the cost of fuel now, I even have my wife on board with spending the $200 to make the processor, because I can earn that back within 1 1/2 months!

dont think there are any other rubber parts to worry about and i was told by an engineer and ford diesel owner that the injector has no internal rubber parts although i dont know for 100% sure. i think the big problem and only one are the fuel lines; which over time will swell from the vegtable oil properties thus leading to eventual degrading and a lot of pieces of rubber floating around. wish i had an older diesel to use my fuel in... won't put it in my 2004, trying to find a 94- ford or dodge or pre 85 mercedes
