anybody know what the price is of ethanol per gallon?
I will run a holley carb and re jet it, and probably run a fuel heater.
What compresstion ratio can I run with a 194 duturation cam on pure ethanol and iron heads? With that compression what do I have to limit my valve lift to?

any body know where I can buy Ethanol in the san diego area?

Straight ethanol is not very redily available, but E85 is. It is 85% ethanol, 15% gasoline. This mix is 105 octane, so you can bump up the compression a bit, but fuel availability is the problem. California isn't exactly ethanol friendly, so I can't say if you will find it, but www.e85fuel.org has most of the locations listed on their maps.
