Tour de France

Okay,

Who else is absolutely adicted to this?
I know money placed on Lance Armstrong is as good as moey in the bank, but every year I am amazed by this.

I reckon it is one of the worlds greatest sporting events, the stamina, endurance and dedication of the atheletes are amazing.

Is anyone from France on here that has gone to see it?
Or anyone in general (from Belgium, UK etc.) that has checked it out?

So what do you consider the hardest part....

Watching the wheels going round & round or trying to keep your eyes on the bikes go flashing by ?

Yeah, he is amazing. And such a great sportsman (which is the clincher for me) - in fact almost all the riders are...

Is yours on OLN or a different network?

I am actually looking very hard at a Madone SL 5.9 in the Andromeda...I am real close to making a decision...that is all I need is bike number 7

We got ripped off...we don't get OLN, don't even have it available on our cable service (heck, never heard of it till yesterday) and NO other channels on our cable service are carrying the Tour. We just have to keep track of it via the 'net. -TD

Well, its all over.
I didn't think Armstrong, Ulrich and Basso would catch up.
But what a spectacle though. Was a fantastic stage

As for coverage, we get it on one of our Government funded stations. It is a live feed with great coverage, and because it is primarily government funded, it only has ads for 30s every hour!
Sometimes I am glad I pay high taxes.

How about the crowd though! There was hundeds of thousands on the sidelines.

Yeah. He hasn't won a stage, he deserved it. He stuck it out there towards the end given that he is really a sprinter.
