Thinking about another meeting. Anyone have a prefered meeting local? North, south or in the middle? Is there anyone down south that would attend depending on where it's at? Is there a preference on the date?

 

i would be into it since we now know each other some what. we shall discuss a lot more as a group than on here so we get feedback right then and there but the location does not matter to me.

 

I'd be up for another one, probably wouldn't drive the gas guzzler, but I could drive my daily driver anywhere. The next month an half are extremly busy for me though.

 

Since it's that time of the year what about a day at the track?

 

i'm up for somethin, planned in advance of course....try to make it this time....i would prefer to see lots of gas cokin rides and a convoy to a nice playin spot though...

I won't be able to make it to anything in May. However there seems to be a lot of interest for a meeting at the track. If you guys want to set a get together up feel free. Need any help let me know.

 

I've been wanting to attend the last two meetings, but life sometimes has a habit of changing plans, especially when it's something recreational being supplanted by "jump on it now, or miss out" situations. Maybe I should stop posting that "yeah, I'll be there," and just show up one month? Of course if it's a picnic situation, such as the last meeting was, I guess I could always "spontaneously" wheel into a Kroger, Marsh or LoBill's for an edible/drinkable contribution.

If on a meeting day, in the future, you see a dark blue '91 F-150 with white 'glass topper and American Racing AR-767 rims, and the driver's wearing either a black Operation Enduring Freedom baseball cap, or a tan Guinness hat, that'll be me. Of course now that I've posted that I'll try the "spontaneous" route, in the future, I'll keep my fingers crossed that this plan don't get trumped by something more pressing.

Carb day is on a Friday this year. It's pretty much just a big party.

 

On what day is it that fans are able to drive their car for a lap around IMS? I know it's one of them fan appreciation events, but I forget at which point during the month this happens. Wouldn't it be cool, to get enough Ford trucks together, at one time, to maybe cruise around in 3 wide rows?

Hopefully this meet I will be able to attend...I wasnt able to go to the last ones because of my truck...Ive got a new one but its not a ford...Its a little 4 banger,but it is trusty...let me know when the next meet is and I will try to get there if its the death of me...
