Biodiesel
I was just wondering if any of have heard of Biodiesel and if any of you have used it or know anyone that has and how good is it? Here is a site about it

Interesting link...I see they recommend inline engines rather than the V's.
We recommend vehicles with in-line diesel engines as opposed to vehicles with V-6, V-8, or opposed cylinder designs. If you can find an vehicle with an in-line diesel and a turbocharger, that's even better. The small surface area of main bearings and short “throw” distance of rods in non in-line diesel engines limit their ability to take advantage of the diesel's efficiency and power.
In the US, we recommend Dodge trucks with Cummins engines, Volkswagen vehicles with TDI engines, and the Mercedes Sprinter van with Mercedes TDI engine (this is sold through Freightliner

That's very interesting. I called a local BioDiesel station and they told me it was about $2.60 per gallon of B20 and a little over $3.00 for B100. The man I was talking to said the people that tried Biodiesel in their trucks said it increases their fuel milage and it made their engine run smoother. Im not sure how much it increased it though. Im interested in trying this stuff out since theres a station near by. Has anyone tried it in their truck?

that differnce between stroke and main bearing surface area is bull. the psd has more bearing surface area than the cummins do. there smaller width bearings but more of them. and stroke wise are about the same. they are just speculating on that.
i run B20 in my trucks when its reasonably priced. i cant tell the differnce, only diff is the B20 isnt quite as noticealble at the end of the exaust eyes dont burn as much.
