obsolete ford parts???

Hi guys, I am new here but not new to Fords, it's all I have ever driven. Anyway I was looking for the website to a company formerly known as Obsolete Ford Parts in OKC. I pretty sure that they changed their name but I don't know what they changed it to.
Now for the introductions. My name is Daniel, I live in Stillwater OK, I am originally from McAlester OK. My "running ride" is a 93 F250 4X4. My current project is a 1950 F-1, among others on the waiting list. I just turned 27 a couple of weeks ago. I have been married for almost 9yrs have 3 daughters age 6, 4, 13mo and will have a son here in July.
I hope to get to know many of you guys and gals and would like to be enlightened on joining your chapter.
Thanks a lot,
Daniel

Welcome aboard, Daniel! We're always glad to have new faces and members join us. That's a nice looking F1. Do you still have it, or do you have a different one that you're working on? Sounds like you got your hands full. There's quit a few of us here married with young kids. In fact there's a pretty good mix of members here in OK. I would love to see some pics of your F1 that you're currently working on. Mine is very very slowly getting modified into a street rod. (I need more time and $$)

Thats the story of my life. lol
Unfortunatly thanks to stupid people I no longer have the 49 in the pic. Local tire shop guy backed his 1 ton flatbed out in front of me. Completely tosted. The sad part is that he even had someone standing behind him backing him up. Dunno how you could mis a big blue truck. but at least no one got hurt.
If you look closly in the pic you will see a primered 50 in the background. My dad broght that home when I was 10 or so and never got around to doing anything with it. I am just getting started and when I get some pics I will be sure and post them.
Thanks for the welcome,
Daniel

hey daniel, welcome to FTE.

I know Classic auto is a great place, has great people, and great merchandise, but.....
if you visit dennis carpenter, or LMC, you may find all your parts at a better price, although you won't get the satisfaction of coming to OKC and talking face to face with the wonderful people at Classic Auto.

I personally won't do buisness with them.... for personal reasons.

anyway, welcome aboard!!!! and come to some of the get togethers, we'd all love to meet you in person.

_Ken
